Red Alert SOPs: Standard Operating Procedures For Rocket Readiness

I created a set of 15 standard operating procedures for Red Alert (rocket/missile/hostile aerial vehicle) readiness in Israel, available as downloadable PDFs. These are specifically designed for people living in buildings without a mamad (residential protected room) or mamak (floor protected room) — meaning you need to reach a public shelter or stairwell within 90 seconds.
