Quick post to share something I've been keeping for my own benefit and might as well point at publicly: an index of the Israel-focused Claude Code skill repos I'm currently working on. It lives at danielrosehill/Israel-Agent-Skills-Dev-Index and it's basically a map of what's shipped, what's in flight, and what's still bouncing around as a workspace.

What's in there
Two released plugins so far. The Israel Agent Skills Plugin is the general-purpose one — flight board for Ben Gurion, Pikud HaOref guidelines, bomb-shelter lookup, the medication availability orchestrator, Kol-Zchut rights lookups, NSC travel advisories, a couple of dozen others. The Israel Shopping Plugin carved itself off when the AliExpress and zap.co.il flows started outgrowing the general bucket — ILS pricing, IL-buyer reviews, freier-check, the whole local-vs-overseas comparison surface.
Collection of Israel-specific skills for Claude Code and other agentic CLIs
Shopping plugin intended for Israeli residents covering domestic purchasing channels, common B2C overseas channels (Aliexperss, Amazon, iHerb), and with some data and search pattern mappings. WIP!
Then there are the feeders — workspace repos that either already shipped into a plugin (the medication research one is the current example) or are still cooking. WIP at the moment: property research (Tabu, ILA leasehold, building files, TAMA 38, comparable sales), mortgage research (Bank of Israel track rules, CPI/Prime stress testing, oleh benefits, mas rechisha), and an AliExpress-Israel skill that'll graduate into the shopping plugin once it's solid.

The trajectory is the same for all of them: WIP workspace → exercised on real cases → folded into a plugin → workspace stays open for the next iteration. The index makes that legible at a glance, which is mostly for me but is probably useful to anyone landing on one of the plugins and wondering what's queueing up behind it.
Worth pointing at: Skills-IL
While I'm linking things — Skills-IL (agentskills.co.il), built by YooTech, is a broader directory of Israeli AI agent skills and MCP servers. Hebrew support, Israeli tax/legal/health integrations, government APIs — vetted and installable via command line. Around 175 skills across a dozen categories at the moment. Worth a look if you're building agents with an Israeli angle and want to see what's already out there beyond my corner of it.
